When you have an expired credit or want to use another card, you will need to take the following steps in insure continued membership in the Association.
1. Log in to www.nareob.com and go to “View Profile”, (lower left hand under your name).
2. The procedure has changed. Under Membership Details, click “Stop Recurring Payments”.
3. This will bring you to “Yes, “stop payments”. Clicking on it will bring you back to the Membership Detail
4. Click on “Renew until ___DATE___”, this will bring you to “Membership Renewal: Check you data.”
5. Click ‘Next’ this will bring you to “Membership renewal: Please review and update your member profile”.
6. At the bottom of page, click on “Next”. This will bring you to “Membership renewal: Select your payment method”
8. Select your payment method. You have three choices. Credit Card, Express Checkout with Paypal, and Manual.
9. If using a credit card, select “Credit Card” and then click on “Next”. You will be asked to fill in the new credit card information. Then click on “Next”. The credit card will be process and your account automatically be updated.
10. If using the Paypal, the select “Express Checkout with Paypal” and then click on “Next”. You will be asked to fill in your Paypal password. You may also create a PayPal account. Then click on “Next”. The credit card will be process and your account automatically be updated.
11. If using the manual payment method, select “Manual” and then click on “Next”. You will asked to “Please press Confirm to proceed.” Your membership will be pending and will be activated upon receipt of your check by the National Association of REO Brokers, Inc.
