The main difference is that we look to the Premium Member first when assigning a referral or informing of a new Bulk Sale Purchase offer. In addition, the Premium Member has access to weekly REO news broadcasts, REO Sellers information, list of 3,400 bad banks, and commercial real estate services.
NAREOB Bulk Sale Exchange has taken a systematic approach to Bulk REO and NPN Sales. The exchange is a closed loop system for buying and selling REO Assets developed for seasoned investors and is designed with security and confidentiality in mind.
Currently we have 4 sources for REO and NPN and more than 34 Buyer and Buyer Rep in the system. If you are in need of product, the program offers a fast and efficient method to move Bulk REO and NPN assets.
