The National Association of REO Brokers (NAREOB) has referred over 25,000 Lender REO assignments to its members. With one in eight households in default, lenders need help to get the job done. That is where we come in. NAREOB matches qualified individuals and companies with a financial institution’s needs.
For $9.00 a month (based on an annual payment of $108.00 for general membership) you can access links to lender contacts, your personal webpage, home valuations, online auctions, real estate trends, and real estate news and videos.
For $22.50 a month (based on an annual payment of $270.00 for premium membership) you access general membership features plus access current government and lender residential and commercial REO listings and Bulk Sale Investments. In addition, Lender will see your name and information listed before the general member’s information in the NAREOB Directory.
If you wish to upgrade your membership or member profile, select ‘View profile’ is upper right hand corner of the page.
From the page entitled ‘My profile’, you can view and edit ‘Your profile’, ‘Access by others’ and ‘Subscriptions’.
Regarding 'Access by others', you are provided with privacy protection. Just select the field or fields that you do not want the public to view then click either member or administrator. For example, if you are a seller of REOs, you may restrict your phone number and photo.
